Worth Street-Chatham Square is a station on the IND Second Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located under Chatham Square at the intersection of Worth Street and Bowery in Chinatown, it is served by the T at all times and the Y on weekdays. This station opened on July 1, 1968 as part of the Chrystie Street line and connection project.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on November 25, 1957, with Mayor Robert F. Wagner, Jr. and TA officials in attendance for the new Chrystie Street Line and connection project. It was expected that the project would be finished in around 1965.

The project was projected to cost $175 million, and was projected to provide capacity for over 75,000 more riders an hour between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Lighting, power and signal equipment for the Chrystie Street line had been installed by January 1965. In 1965, the whole project was projected to be completed in 1967. However, the line and the Worth Street station opened on July 1, 1968.

The station has two tracks and an island platform. The station was one of the first stations to open, along with Fulton Street (now South Street Seaport), Pine/Wall Street (Now Old Slip-Hanover Square), and Whitehall Street. Worth Street was originally planned to be ran with two platforms and two levels for express and local service, but due to the halt of Second Avenue construction in 1975, only the upper level was completed. Bellmouths for the never built express tracks are present south of Worth Street.

On November 7th, 2016, a new set of tracks opened for operation of express service. The T began to use the connection at all times except nights. Local service between Worth Street and 55th Street was retained by the Y during weekdays only.
